Programs and Activities: Summer Program 2021

CGS Summer 2021

Open to rising preschoolers through Eighth grade

CGS Summer Camp or Test Prep Boot Camp?  Chicago Grammar School is offering a summer program from June 7th through August 6th where you can do either or both. CGS looks forward to welcoming students to an academically robust and socially engaging summer program – all within IDHP approved safety guidelines. To that end,

    • Each class will be limited to 10 students to allow for social distancing.
    • Staff and students will be checked for fever before entering the school at the beginning of each day.
    • The children will be monitored daily for signs/symptoms of COVID-19.
    • Any staff or child with symptoms of COVID-19 will be excluded from school.
    • Drop-off and pick-up times will be staggered to avoid overcrowding of children and parents/guardians in confined spaces.
    • Parents/guardians will be limited to one per child during drop-off and pick-up.

CGS Summer Camp days will be filled with activities that prompt curiosity, challenge the students, and feed their creativity.  Led by our dynamic staff, summer at CGS features reading and math instruction, games, art, science, music, drama, and much more!  CGS Test Prep Boot Camp allows middle school students to refresh and hone their academic skills in preparation for high school placement tests.
